COTSWOLD FOOD JOURNAL
In my spare time, I co-run the Instagram account, Cotswold Food Journal, where my partner and I share our passion for the local food scene in the Cotswolds, Cheltenham, and surrounding areas. I take most of the photos and create the Instagram reels, whilst my partner is predominantly responsible for writing captions and running most of the communications. I created the logo and brand elements, to give us a cohesive look online that helps to separate us from other food Instagram accounts. The design of the logo was based on having a “Cotswold countryside” feel, by using soft serifs and a navy tone. With “food” being the most dominant word and the inclusion of the knife and fork, this helps people to quickly identify that we are a food account.
